The pic is her 4th grade "Bat Cat" She had been a cat for the last 5 years but fell in love with the bat wings so she was willing to change things up!

A second grader, "I think that is poison oak."

Follow up: Originally she said, "Well, I'd rather it was me than one of the littler kids." Later she modified it to, "That was pretty dumb, no one should have done that, not even me!"

Dad, ""Clean up" I like that."

Me, "Just a minute."
She, "But mom, a minute is a really long time when you are four."

"It is okay little baby. Everything will be okay. I'll love you," (said to creepy zombie baby in a costume shop and followed by a little hug and kiss.)
She wasn't repulsed in the least by the ugly little dolls, she just was concerned that someone needed to love them and she was happy to do the job!

Jessie came at me with a stick with fake sword play action. I said what are you doing? She replied, "I'm infighting you over to my room."

Introducing me to a new garden snail she found, "Mommy that Mr. Snail-ey is so funny. He just told me a little joke about a little camel."
She did not chose to share the camel joke. "It was just for me!"

"I need to tell you this mommy. I love you so much!"

"Come on guys, follow me! It time for dancing!"

"Come out in the yard with me mommy. Why Jessie? "I make you so happy." Then she gave me 10 (she counted them for me) flower petals and said, "Happy Balentines Day!"
It is somebody's birthday or valentines day every day over here! lol

At the playground, "If I talk nicely to those people they share those toys with me amorrow. That how it work mommy?"
