Hula
I know I just shared a bunch yesterday but I couldn't pass up sharing today's bumper crop!
I particularly love age 3.
Pic is a hula lesson. She was always pretty serious about following the directions. 🥰
Age 11
I guess we're settling in. When I asked Jess if she'd like to go to the beach she said, "Nah, I'd rather have a home day."

"I can make really beautiful food art. It may not taste the best but it will look really beautiful. "

#StuffMyGirlSays about body building. " It doesn't look that good. Those big muscles are too much. I think you should be right on the edge... Be able to do all the cool stuff but not look crazy with all those muscles."
Age 6
#StuffMyGirlSays regarding some bad behavior, "I'm sorry. I was really angry and I just lost my mind."
Age 6
J made a sign, "Water Free or 100 dollars" I asked why would someone pay $100 when they could have it for free? Her reply, "To be nice. And the first person who pays $100 gets a medal from me. It is a surprise extra!"

Age 4
"My knee hurts! I don't need you to play with me. I think I should just watch shows all day." -- the master negotiator at work LOL
Age 4
"Ouch, my knee hurts. I need a cast!" Looks like you twisted it a bit. Perhaps you shouldn't be jumping on couches."You're right mom. I'll only jump on beds from now on."
Age 4
What do you think about yoga Jessie? "I think it feels like the breeze is shining the the sun at me."
Age 4
Was told that it "doesn't count as playing with" unless we are pretending to be "something other then persons" and that I don't play with her enough. Crafting, park visits, building towers and forts do NOT count.
The real problem is my role play choices NEVER cut it... she has VERY specific requirements. I get told that I'm not doing it right about 70% of the time... And I also wish I could do a passable pet horse who can jump like a frog and fly around the room like a fairy.
Age 3
Upon her clock stopping: "Help Mommy my clock is running out of time!"
