Jessie overheard Rob and I talking about how I keep my mentions of her down over on the blog to honor his digital safety concerns and to allow her future choice in her web exposure. In response "But mommy I want to be famous!"

Age 4

"Mommy is school my work?" Yes I guess that is a good way to look at it. "Then why don't they pay me? Daddy gets paid for his work."

Age 2

OK Jessie pick three books tonight. "I want 4, no 5. I want 5 books." Sorry Jess, 3 it is. "No mommy 100 books, I need 100 books." ... Go get 3 books Jessie. "I can't carry 100 books. How about 5?"

#StuffMyGirlSays "Daddy, you're not allowed to watch me while I'm sleeping because I might drool on my pillow."

Limo driver offers her a starburst, "Yes, thank you. If it's candy I'm pretty much all in."

Age 4

Daddy says "Jessie this video game has a lot of monsters and killing which I don't think is appropriate for a 4yo." Jessie replies, "How about if you do all the killing and I do all the other stuff like collecting the jewels?"  ---most interesting about this is we had previously never played any video games, so I didn’t know how she knew about collecting jewels.

Age 2

"Help me build this? Come on mommy, you build great towders!"  (Can't refuse an invitation like that!)

"Thank you mommy for letting me help you fold laundry." -- so how long can a mommy be this lucky? lol, answer, not that long! The offers dropped off by 3 😅
