All about Flying!

 A few of you have mentioned how much Jess talked about flying. I thought it would be fun to gather some the #StuffMyGirlSays on the topic together.

Age 3

Jessie LOVES her new Tinkerbell music box (thank you Chuck and Gay Lynn) ... "Mommy, here is some fairy dust. (applies invisible dust with cotton ball) Now you can fly with us. Come on. It be so fun!"

Age 5

"I had a dream. You were on one tall building and Daddy was on the other. I practiced jumping and flying back and forth. It was great. Do you think my dream will come true someday?"

Age 4

"My Dream came true! There are pink fireworks AND Tinkerbell is flying by me!"

Age 3

"Will I learn my superpowers at Bal-la-lay school? When I am bigger I need to fly up there! (pointing to the ceiling)"

Age 4

"Those reindeer don't have wings and they fly." 

I respond,  Like a lot of Christmas things they are pretty magical.

"Am I a Christmas thing? I am pretty magical."

"I can already fly a little bit!"

Age 4

"When I am big, before I have kids I want to do that" (That = wear a space suit and fly in space) "You should come with me, there might be aliens. My kids are afraid of aliens but your kid isn't."

Age 4

"Mom, when I was littler I could fly. I just don't know why I can't anymore."

Age 3

"Maybe next time we can be birds mommy. They can fly high and I would like to touch the sky. Even baby birds fly a little. I can't fly yet at all."

(I just love this assumed "next time" she always spoke about as a child. ❤️)

Age 5 

Is there anything I should tell people?

"I can fly."

Age 4

I asked the girl if she wanted to tell everyone something for the New Year. She said, "Tell them I am learning to fly. God is the guy who does magic for the world and he is helping me."

Age 5

"Mom, can you make a zip line in the house for me?" What? "If I can't fly a zip line would be good!"

Age 3

"Everybody in the TV gets their wishes but I don't." (Kiki, from movie "Kiki's Delivery Service" gets to fly and she still can't!)

Age 4

"Mom, when I was littler I could fly. I just don't know why I can't anymore."

Age 3

"When I am 4 will I be able to fly?" No, I don't think so. "But you said if I practice I can get better at anything!"
